Celebrity Style Sunday

Celebrity Style Sunday

This week's Celebrity Style Sunday is dedicated to the fabulous and insanely gorgeous Gigi Hadid. The supermodel popped up suddenly the last couple years and rightly so.

In November last year Gigi walked the red carpet for the Pirelli calender. She looked INCREDIBLE in this Emilie Pucci Spring 2015 dress and a pair of Stuart Weitzman nudist sandals in the colour silver.

Just two weeks ago Cody Simpson's girlfriend was seen out and about in New York city. She wore a Pink Stitch The Label jackson bomber jacket, a pair of Gold E Sophie high rise skinny jeans in cannes, a Michael Kors Casey small satchel and a pair of Whistles Riley pointed loafers. You can get a pair of jeans similar to Gigi's from River Island here:

The model celebrated her cover of The Daily Summer magazine back in June 2014. She looked as gorgeous as ever in a Kaufmanfranco Resort 2014 dress and a pair of Christian Louboutin Completa pumps.

In December 2014, Cody and Gigi were seen at LAX. She wore a pair of Goldsign lure skinny jeans, an Each X Other striped perfecto biker jacket, Chanel boots and a Diesel black and gold Mitera sweater. She accessorized with a Saint Laurent classic sac de jour tote. ASOS have a similar jacket seen in the photo, available here:

The Sports Illustrated model was seen out and about in New York last week. She was wearing a pair of Adidas Originals Stan Smith sneakers, a Zadig et Voltaire Candide bag, a Gerarg Darel Cristabelle coat and a pair of Ill.I Optics metal details round sunglasses. If you live in the U.S, you can purchase the same sneakers as Gigi here:

In March 2015 Gigi attended Karl Lagerfeld's cruise. She dropped jaws in this House of CB Arabella grey stretch rib knit 2 piece, a pair of Saint Laurent Tribute T strap platforms in marine and a Chanel shiny aged calfskin flap bag. You can purchase the same outfit Gigi's wearing is available here:

Here Gigi attended the Onepiece New York concept store's grand opening back in November 2014. She wore a Balenciaga giant gold envelope clutch, a pair of Stuart Weitzman hijack boots and a Free People Dylan Tweedy neck pullover.

In October 2014, miss Hadid was seen out and about in New York City. She wore a Zara oversize crew neck sweater, a pair of Neva Act without expectation leggings and an Elizabeth and James Cynnie sling bag. You can get a similar sweater here:

Cody Simpson's girlfriend looked smokin' when she attended the Dujour magazine party last August. She wore Keepsake Almost over short and a Keepsake eclipse long sleeve top. She paired the look with Christian Louboutin Completa pumps. You can purchase a pair of shorts similar to Gigi's in a Primark/Penney's store.

Gigi attended a Tasting Night with Samsung Galaxy a couple of months ago. She wore an Elizabeth and James Avita skirt and a pair of her favourite Christian Louboutin Completa pumps. River Island have a similar skirt available here:

Beauty Thursday

Beauty Thursday- InstaNatural Review

I was recently sent a Vitamin C moisturizer from the brand InstaNatural to consider to review for you guys, so I am dedicating this week's Beauty Thursday to it. Once again, I must stress that all of the opinions expressed are my own. InstaNatural is a Florida based company which aims to provide safe, effective and affordable skin care products without sacrificing quality. Their products are developed using organic and natural ingredients without the use of alcohols, parabens or sulfates.

As you all know I have extremely sensitive skin so before I brought the product near my face I applied it on my hand and rubbed it in the first day to test if I would react. Thankfully, there was no reaction and I have been using the Vitamin C moisturizer for almost two weeks every day and honestly I quite like it.

Pros:

It's almost a light lotion so the moisturizer has a nice texture. Another pro is that it comps with a pump! I also really like that it applies nice and smooth on to the face. I found it did keep my face hydrated throughout the day. My last pro is that it's fragrance free!

Cons:
The only con I really have is that if you are in a hurry, it does take a little while longer to absorb into the skin but it's not tacky or anything.

Overall, I really liked the moisturizer and I would definitely recommend it. If the only con that I could come up with was that it takes a little while to sink into the skin, I think that's a good sign!

If you would like to purchase the InstaNatural Vitamin C moisturizer, you can do so here: The moisturizer costs $19.97.

So that's it for this week's Beauty Thursday, I hope you enjoyed today's blog!

Disclaimer: These items were kindly sent to me by InstaNatural for free for consideration to review. I was not paid for my review, nor am I affiliated with the company in anyway. This is 100% my honest opinion as always.

Beauty Thursday

Beauty Thursday

Hey guys, so ever since I have finished my Benefit Hello Flawless foundation, I have been using my Rimmel London Match Perfect foundation in the shade "ivory." I had two jars of this foundation in my collection and decided to use them up first before repurchasing my Benefit foundation. Anyhow, with a new foundation I thought I would do an updated foundation routine for you wonderful people.

prep I apply my Le Roche Posey Hydraphase Light Intensive moisturizer.

To After I have moisturized, I apply my Benefit Porefessional along my nose to minimize the appearance of pores. To start my actual foundation, I squirt three pumps of the foundation onto the back of my hand and then use my Crownbrush foundation brush to apply the foundation all over my face. I then apply my Jazooli concealer in a V shape under my eyes and use my elf pointed foundation brush to blend in the concealer.

Next, it's time to contour. For my cream contour I use my w7 Catwalk Face Shaper. For the daytime I only apply the contour to my cheek bones. I suck in my cheeks and apply the cream contour over the cheekbones, I then blend it in to get rid of any harsh lines. I then sweep the bronzer from my Sleek cheek palette across my cheekbones.

Now it's time to fill in my brows. To begin I tense the muscles in my brows to pull them upwards. Using an angled eyeliner brush, I blended in the third shade from the w7 Brow Bar kit. I then went over the brows with my eyebrow gel from ModelCo.

To complete my foundation routine, I sweep my Inglot powder over the shiny parts of my face.

Completed Look:

Products I used:

That's it for this week's Beauty Thursday, I hope you enjoyed today's blog! Let me know what foundation you all love.

Manicure Monday

Manicure Monday

Hey Guys, so as you know from last week's Manicure Monday, I got gel nails the other week so I haven't painted them. However, instead of leaving you with no blog I decided to scour the internet and pick 5 trends that I am loving for Spring to inspire you beautiful people.

One thing I love for Spring is pastels and another thing is polka dots, so this nail is the perfect combo with the pastel coloured blue and then the pop of colour on the polka dots.

As well as pastels I also love bright vibrant colours to wear during Spring. The idea of the daisies on the nail is also adorable.

Another trend I adore during Spring and Summer definitely has to be aztec prints. Although I do think you look better with long nails if you're going with the aztec print.

I think this next nail screams Spring/Summer. I mean it does look like a butterfly wing afterall!

This last trend is a great twist on the french manicure. Brighten up your Spring nails by making the tips pastel colour it's a great way to add a subtle colour to your nails.

Sot that's it for this week's Manicure Monday, I hope you enjoyed today's blog!

Celebrity Style Sunday

Celebrity Style Sunday

This week's Celebrity Style Sunday is dedicated to one of my all time favourite actresses, the fabulous Jennifer Anniston. Not only did she warm her way into our hearts as Rachel in Friends, she became queen of the little black dress on the red carpet.

One look I have to mention was this one from the Academy Award back in February 2013. This was one of the few times Jen has worn a bright colour on the red carpet and it suits her (I only wish she had stood up more straight where the material was heavy.) She looked gorgeous in this Valentino Spring 2013 gown.

Jen attended The Talk back in November last year. She wore a Nina Ricci bonded wool skirt and a Nina Ricci embroidered poplin shirt. You can purchase a similar shirt to Jen's from Next, available here:

The Friends alum oozed sexiness at the Academy Awards in February 2015. She stunned in a pair of Stuart Weitzman nudist sandals and a Versace Spring 2015 dress.

She looked comfy and casual in a James Perse deep scoop pocket tee, a pair of AG Adriano Goldschmied the Bonnie relaxed shorts in 14 years. She accessorized with a Tom Ford Jennifer flap over zip bag and a Rolex day date presidential watch. You can purchase a similar pair of shorts to Jen's from New Look here:

In April 2013, Jen attended Yogalosiphy book party. She looked fabulous in this little black Stella McCartney woolsilk babydoll dress.

Miss Aniston looked classy and gorgeous at the Torento Film Festival in September 2014. She wore a Sportmax Fibra midnight blue dress and a pair of Saint Laurent Jane chain detail sandals. House of Fraser have a similar dress for sale which you can get here:

Jen looked effortlessly stunning while in LAX back in June 2012. She wore a pair of Pedro Garcia temple wep wedges, a Tom Ford Jennifer flap over zip bag, a pair of Oliver Peoples Pierson rounded Wayfarer glasses, a Balmain double brested Milan stitched blazer and a Splendid 1x1 supima tank. Debenhams have a similar blazer available here:

Jennifer looked AMAZING while on the red carpet with Chelsea Handler for the Glamour Women of the Year Awards back in October 2011. She wore a pair of Celine ankle strap sandals and a Versace Chiffon dress.

Justin Theroux's fiance was seen out in Beverly Hills in July 2014. She wore a pair of Big Star Alex midrise skinny cropped jeans in the shade sunsetter, Saint Laurent Paris suede pumps and a Celine Trotteur bag. You can purchase a similar pair of jeans from River Island, here:

Jen attended the Daily Show with Jon Stewart in January. She wore this adorable Saint Laurent short wrap dress and a pair of Saint Laurent studded leather slingbacks. Asos sell a similar dress which you can get here:

Jen looked super comfy while going to set in Beverly Hills back in November 2013. She wore an Anya Hindmarch leather Albion top handle bag, a pair of Persol square plastic sunglasses, a Balmain eagle print scarf and an All Saints force cardigan in the shade fawn. Beauty Thursday

Beauty Thursday

It's that time again guys! Today's Beauty Thursday is dedicated to my March favourites. Also pray for me the time this post goes up I will be in the middle of getting my wisdom teeth removed... So on that note lets get started:

As you can see I have been using my W7 Angel Eye's "Out On The Town" a lot this month. I used the first three matte shades almost every day, well almost every day that I wore make up anyway. The palette's great for a quick neutral eye.

Another item I have been loving is the Inglot Loose Powder in the shade 11. This is actually a great powder, LOVED IT.

In March I spent a lot of time wanting to be bronzed and have a nice glow, not tan per say but a nice boost to make me feel that bit better and have my skin look healthier. I used Dove Summer Glow medium to dark skin

I have been using this LipGlam natural lip balm all the time. My lips have been in terrible condition so I have been using it daily, this lip balm has been so great. My lips are no longer dry and cracked so this definitely deserves a mention into my monthly favourites.

I have been obsessed with Britney Spears Radiance fragrance this month. Everywhere I go I have worn it and love the scent.

For the last month I've been using Vichy Purete Thermele 1 step cleanser. This is so great when you have had a long day and the last thing you want to do is take 20 minutes to remove your make up and then cleanse and tone your face.

Another item I have been obsessed with this month is the elf Makeup Mist and Set I have been loving how well this sets my make up I think it's sold out on the elf website at the moment but you can get it on Amazon. I also think it's great that the spray has vitamins in it.

The last item in this month's favourites is the No7 Intense Volume mascara. So I have been running low on my Benefit They're Real mascara so I decided to save it for nights out and such. As a result I started using my No7 Intense Volume mascara and I actually forgot how good it was. This is definitely a close second to my Benefit mascara and I have fallen in love with it, definitely a great cheaper version.

So that's it for this week's Beauty Thursday, I hope you enjoyed today's blog!
